WHY DO I DO WHAT I DO?
I want to advance society by enabling purpose-driven organizations.

A purpose-driven organization understands that business is a series of evolutions.
A purpose-driven organization understands the difference between growing vs. evolving and scaling.
A purpose-driven organization is one that evolves to stay relevant in the hearts and minds of the people they choose to serve.

Leadership around the globe is in crisis mode. Leadership is broken.
Employee disengagement rates are up all around the world.
The only certainty today is uncertainty.
There’s a shift in leadership from IQ to EQ.
There’s a lack of trust in corporations and big shot CEO’s
Organizational structures are under attack.
Old hierarchies are being challenged with the changing nature of work.
There’s a need to make jobs more dynamic.
The Liquid Workforce is areal and growing

With employee disengagement at such high rates around the globe; an increase in workplace stress, harassment, and bullying; and increases in anxiety and depression, something needs to change. We’re spending billions to make leadership better, but nothing seems to be improving.

In order to create a positive shift in these statistics, I have a goal to create and inspire 90 million purpose-driven leaders around the world.

It’s time to lead different.

WHAT DO I DO?
I productively transform the lives of leaders, their businesses and the lives of the people they serve.

HOW DO I DO THAT?
I work with leaders to engage, empower and inspire them first, so they can do the same for their teams. Then. together, we crystallize and clarify the 4 key frameworks of culture, strategy, tactics and performance.

The 4 critical success factors we lead from are:

1. Creating a culture and strategy alignment
2. Focusing on what matters most
3. Creating a culture and brand relationship
4. Busting the myth that execution is hard.

After working with leaders across the globe, I have found some common challenges every business faces:

1. Lack of clear expectations and goals
2. Lack of alignment of culture and strategy
3. Lack of accountability
4. Lack of leadership strength
