I founded Seek to inspire people to take back ownership of their own health and happiness. Over the course of my career in emergency medicine, I’ve taken care of countless patients suffering from chronic diseases that could have been prevented or improved with changes in lifestyle. I found that people either didn’t know how important their daily habits were or they did know, but just weren’t empowered to make changes.
I am on a mission to bridge that gap between knowledge and action. I take people through the through six key areas of health and what to do to become our best selves. In this evidence-based approach we tackle improved nutrition, movement, sleep, spirituality, loving connections, and intention in this life. Most importantly, participants are inspired to action. They gain the tools to make small sustainable changes that pave the way for big growth.
I work with clients individually, in small group workshops, and as a keynote speaker for large groups.
