Currently looking at Management consulting companies and analyzing external people data to understand who they hire form where and the attrition they have. We then come up with strategies to help them grow.

2. Filled GM for Asset Performance Management within 6 weeks for a 550 Million rev company when they had trouble finding for 6 months
3. Filled VP Global Sales, GM Mining, VP AI, Several Solutions consultants for a 1.2 Billion revenue company
4. Difficult to fill Mining Leader Diversity hire – Location was also difficult. Filled in 7 weeks with a Women leader in Mining.
5. Filled several Product Management roles – as client internal recruiting teams did not have bandwidth to go deep. But we did have time and expertise to goo do a deep dive and find leaders in this space.
