Archita Fritz is a Düsseldorf-based Commercial Activation Partner and board advisor who helps private equity–backed companies turn growth targets into executable go-to-market plans. She works with CEOs and operating partners across portfolios such as Accel-KKR and EQT. Archita also serves on the Supervisory Board of Assurance Services International (ASI) among other Boards. Before founding Ready Set Bold, she led commercial and marketing work in Life Sciences and MedTech at Stryker.
