I’m Rob Gallaher, CEO of Gallaher co. In 2010 I started my own construction company. I now lead 5 companies across multiple industries. For over a decade now, I’ve been building and leading businesses. One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned is the incredible impact of aligning employee success with company success. That’s why I’ve become so passionate about profit sharing. Through years of implementing and refining these strategies in my own companies, I’ve seen firsthand how it can transform a workplace, fostering collaboration, boosting motivation, and ultimately driving significant growth. I recently put all of this experience and insight into my book, “Profit Sharing: The Power of Shared Success,”. I also launched an online course teaching how to set up profit sharing in July.
