Kevin Torf is a seasoned information systems executive with over 40 years of experience specializing in large-scale IT strategic plans, project design, procurement, and implementation. As the co-founder and managing partner of T2Group, he introduced the company’s hybrid agile methodology and serves as a chief strategist and advisor for leading enterprise systems in the United States. Kevin’s career is marked by successful leadership in complex technology deployments for well-known global organizations.
Prior to T2Group, Kevin founded and sold several technology companies, including Intelliverse, Mobile Gaming Technologies, Inuntius, Tornado Development, and Torsys. He has held senior roles such as CEO, CTO, and CIO. Kevin is also an author, having written “Getting the Job Done,” which talks about his hybrid-agile approach to effective project management.
