Patrick is the Founder and President of Impact Performance Team. He started IPT as a freelancing side hustle in 2021, but his passion for helping others and his entrepreneurial spirit quickly led him to pursue it full-time. In the spring of 2023, Patrick launched IPT as a full-service advisory firm, and it has quickly grown into a thriving business. Patrick has a proven track record of success in sales, recruiting, training, management, organization strategy, public speaking, and leadership development.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Clemson University. While attending Clemson, he played Quarterback for the football team. During his playing time, he became a 2018 National Champion, 3x ACC Champion, and made 3x CFP appearances.
