Patrick Salimi is the author of “A Firm Worth Building”, which helps professionals such as attorneys, CPAs and other advice-giving firms scale their practices.

Patrick combines his unique experience in the franchising industry and building digital platforms to help firms focus more on effective systems and performing their professional specialty. As the head of training for PPA and NRN, Patrick has trained hundreds of attorneys, CPAs and other advisory firms, helping them identify and refine their systems for maximum performance.
Many professional firms like accountants, financial advisors and attorneys struggle to find “good” growth, others unwittingly have commoditized their practices forcing them into an unnecessary price competition with their industry counterparts.

Patrick’s book “A Firm Worth Building” covers about 30 lessons that every business owner should know from thinking through branding, crafting your personal story to creating “miracle referrals” through professional networks.

His unique success concepts like compressing the time it takes to build client trust has been a key factor for his own growth as well as several other firms.
He and his partners are forward-thinkers, their motto is – “We build what should exist”.
Patrick’s accomplishments have opened the path to achieving his own dreams. Living with his extended family on a 22-acre ranch in Shingle Springs, California where he still finds the time to fly his plane, travel with family and enjoy the life that he has been able to build through living his own teachings.
