With decades of experience in SR leadership and talent development, I am a passionate and transformational leader who builds teams that accomplish great things. I spent the early years of my career in HR, then sharpened my skills by putting theory into practice leading large sales, service and operation units. I then led talent and learning at an enterprise level, creating a framework to track return on investment while drive critical business results.
As the President of Scarangella Consulting LLC, I partner with companies to build infrastructure and support their leaders. I leverage data-driven decision-making and coaching skills to design and deliver strategies that optimize performance, increase retention, and streamline processes. I align teams to business strategy and organizational purpose, and empower them to excel. I also serve as a Global Executive Advisory Board Member at 3Sixty Insights, where I share my wisdom and expertise on talent and learning topics. I am a certified executive coach, talent strategist and a keynote speaker who enjoys solving critical and complex business challenges.
