Michael McCarroll is a cofounder and CEO of Teamraderie, a collaboration of Harvard Business School and Stanford faculty that applies research on “teaming” to make organizations more productive. Prior to Teamraderie, Michael was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and founded two other software companies. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree and Masters degree in Engineering from Stanford University.
